Absolutely! If we see issues with sizing, color breaks, resolution, spelling or anything else - we will make corrections and inform you free of charge (in most cases). Every order must go through art approval before we proceed to production.

For most orders, vector artwork is best. For full-color images, such as photos or illustrations, a high resolution .png file is best. For more details and accepted file types, see Art Requirements.

Finish your design and click 'BUY'. Next, click 'DUPLICATE' to create a duplicate item, including artwork. You can then change the product and/or colors and add to your cart. You can also click 'START NEW DESIGN' and then change the product and add the same screen-print. 'ANOTHER OPTION' is to click 'BUY', then exit the designer, pick another product, start designing and add the same screen-print. Screen-printed items with the exact same imprint (size & ink colors), automatically calculate all items in your cart for combined pricing.

Finish your design and click the 'SAVE' icon at the bottom right of the designer. You can later access your 'SAVED LAYOUTS' from your account area by logging in at upper right of screen and click on 'MY ACCOUNT'. Go to My Account

Yes. Once you have completed Checkout, an Order Confirmation will be e-mailed to you, which includes a link to your order online, as well as the Ship Date, and Prices. Additionally, you can View your order online immediately from the final step of Checkout or any other time 24/7 from My Account (login required). My Account is located in upper right of screen.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, a Shipping Confirmation will be e-mailed to you, which includes Tracking Information. Additionally, your Tracking Information is on your Final Invoice, which is accessible 24/7 from My Account (login required) . Note: Tracking may be sent the day after shipping. My Account is located in upper right of screen.

Your final price is a calculation of 'BLANK PRODUCT PRICE + DECORATING CHARGES'. All decorating methods have volume price breaks as follows: 12, 24, 48, 96, 72, 144, 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10K. To see various price breaks for a particular item, select the item and enter a total quantity in any size field to see prices adjust. If you are in the designer, adjusting your size quantities will display discounted prices based on the decoration type and number of design colors or embroidery size.

Every style varies in up-charges for XXL and Larger sizes. Typically it will add $2-$3 per item. When you order a mix of standard sizes & XXL + sizes, the unit price displayed will be an average of all sizes.
